On-Line Accounting

By entering my credit card in the GOTWWW, LLC billing system, I hereby authorize GOTWWW, LLC to charge my credit card for authorized services and usage fees that I incur or have incurred on my account since my last billing date. This will also include any balance, which may presently be outstanding on my account. I understand that I am responsible for all fees in conjunction with my GOTWWW, LLC account by me or other authorized users, and I authorize monthly deductions from my account for such fees. I understand that the amount charged may vary from month to month. I agree that I am satisfied with all services provided to me by GOTWWW, LLC.

This authorization to perform monthly charges to my credit/debit card will remain in full force and effect until GOTWWW, LLC has received written notification from me of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford GOTWWW, LLC and my financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

All payments made are for services rendered, paid in advance, and are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
